Commercial real estate brokerage CPX, which has offices in Seattle and Portland, also recently announced a real estate transaction, saying it had sold the 148,000-square-foot building that houses The Office of the Attorney General of Washington State.

The building at 7141 Cleanwater Drive in Tumwater is entirely leased by the Attorney General. CPX represented both the state and undisclosed buyer. A sales price was not disclosed.
