I’m a culture guy. The character of an organization is critically foundational. You can't buy it or fake it. It’s organic and the market figures it out very quickly. At CPX, we are not built and organized around transactions but instead around people. This defines us, separates us, and allows us to provide storied outcomes.
We are ok that we might not be for everyone as some may prefer something more traditional. But if we are clear on what we offer and more importantly, what we do not, we can continue to have the greatest impact.
Let’s use our size and collective approach to outperform. Let’s continue to invest in custom technology that will never replace us but will tilt the field towards those who can engage and adopt swiftly.
Let’s always be a student, always share and always prepare relentlessly.
Finally, take time out to think forward or what I call “shedding my skin”. This process allows us to expire, re-charge and inspire to stay fresh. It usually starts with a muddy bike ride and ends with a whiskey.
